where all you need is a car or any other heavy object. That tool is not included, I sell it separately. To use it, slide this equipment around the post you are wanting to attach it and fix the two bolts up against the post until it is securely attached. I recommend to use a padded bench for a better experience and comfort while doing the reps. |
